Our team is responsible for perfecting the operations of our brands which mainly receive performance marketing services, thanks to our Excellence Lab branch. Our team provides support to the brands with their script automation setups and reporting processes. They determine the need for a new script and then start the process of creating it.

Depending on the demand it is among the responsibilities of the Excellence Lab to examine the advertising accounts of our brands within established audit processes and to identify the mistaken or missing components in the accounts. This way, audit processes are carried out in a more efficient and comprehensive way.

In addition, the Excellence Lab supports the management of the on-boarding processes of newly joined brands, ensures that the marketing strategies of brands are formed to an extent, and helps the brands to be introduced to the relevant teams in accordance with their needs. Our team also provides project-based strategic consultancy during the ongoing processes of our brands.
