Founded in November 2007, ByNoGame is Turkey’s leading gaming company, offering in-game content and e-pin products through a fast and efficient service cycle. ByNoGame also serves as a marketplace where gamers can trade or cash out items from their inventory. With collaborations involving Twitch streamers and e-sports teams, the platform empowers users to support their favorite creators and teams while enjoying a rich and diverse gaming experience.
During our collaboration with ByNoGame, we analyzed the rapid growth of the gaming industry and gamers' content consumption patterns. We observed that traffic and conversion rates surged during major in-game events and patch releases but declined during off-peak periods. To address this, we focused on always-on campaigns designed to sustain user interest, developing promotional strategies and audience targeting that aligned with the specific timing and preferences of each game.
Problem
The Challenge
Daily reports and historical data revealed that gamers typically waited for major in-game events or patch releases to make purchases. This behavior caused significant dips in ROAS and conversion rates during off-peak periods. Our solution began with analyzing search intent and designing communication strategies tailored to each game, ensuring user interest remained high year-round.
What Have We Done?

Google and Meta Campaigns
We diversified Google Search campaigns and optimized audience signals in Pmax campaigns to refine game-specific targeting. On Meta, we created a campaign structure to enhance both awareness and conversions, enriching data collection for further optimization.

Audience Segmentation and Remarketing
We analyzed the behavior of converting and non-converting users within remarketing audiences. By segmenting campaigns based on time intervals, we developed strategies to re-engage non-converting audiences and successfully turned them into customers, significantly improving efficiency.

Twitch and Yandex Campaigns
We diversified ByNoGame’s high-performing channels to reach the right audience effectively: On Yandex, we implemented Smart Banner campaigns, achieving a 49% increase in conversions over six months. On Twitch, our media team utilized Premium Video and Web Banner formats to target specific streamers and gaming categories. These awareness campaigns delivered unexpectedly high ROAS, demonstrating the value of precise audience targeting on this platform.
