From high-interest investment bonds to instant loans, and free cash withdrawals from all ATMs in Turkey with the N Kolay Card, the platform is always by its users' side, offering unparalleled benefits 24/7.
Problem

The Challenge

Due to banking advertisement restrictions, Aktif Bank & N Kolay could only run ads on TikTok. Our goal was to increase their user base while ensuring that incoming users engaged with products like loans, virtual cards, bonds, and repos.

High Cost Per Install (CPI) and the lack of diversified creative strategies based on audience segmentation limited the potential of TikTok and Pangle investments.

What Have We Done?
1 Install Campaigns We treated TikTok and Pangle as separate opportunities and segmented audiences at the ad level. For the eight products, we designed unique campaigns and placements, analyzing performance for each separately. Products like bonds, repos, loans, virtual cards, and ATM-related services were monitored in individual campaigns, allowing us to focus resources on the most effective segments.
2 Product & Customer-Centric Strategies Considering seasonality and customer needs, we created video creatives tailored to each user segment for the eight products. By leveraging TikTok’s dynamic targeting, we matched the right product with the right audience at the right time, addressing specific needs with engaging content.
3 Custom Creative Strategy For example: For the wedding preparation segment, we ran creatives focused on furniture and dowry shopping during the high shopping season, emphasizing loans. For the ATM segment, we targeted frequent public transport users and office-goers, highlighting the ease of free cash withdrawals from all ATMs.
