Responsibilities:
Managing digital marketing operations (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Yandex, RTB House, Criteo etc. campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing)
Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns from beginning to end
Monitors channel performances and creates action plans
Tracks KPIs and distributes budget accordingly
Overseeing and managing user acquisition associates in day-to-day operations and optimization
Creating and analyzing reports according to clients needs
Understanding KPI’s, dynamics, and tools
Stay up to date with the latest trends and products in a marketing context.
Regular reporting of marketing channels
Maintain effective communication with clients
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject
Passionate about digital marketing
Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus,
Teamwork oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,
Self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
Innovative, proactive and problem-solving attitude
