Responsibilities:
Supporting recruitment efforts by contacting candidates, setting up interviews, documenting interview outputs,
Preparing job postings and publishing in relevant channels,
Enhancing talent attraction efforts by being in contact with universities and career development centers,
Conducting research on developing various People Department initiatives like culture, diversity, learning and development, remote working, and other People Department best practices
Following the HR developments in a start-up environment, starting new projects for AnalyticaHouse where needed,
Running operational People Department tasks like follow-up on post-recruitment steps, procurement of welcome kits, monitoring of personnel files and legal documentation, etc.
Organizing onboarding, offboarding, and training procedures of all candidates and employees
Conducting performance evaluations twice a year
Requirements:
+4 years experience in the Human Resources department
Tool knowledge about any kind of Applicant Tracking System
Strong internal communication skills
Passionate about face-to-face people interactions, building connections
Ready to take on increasing responsibilities and make them happen,
Knowledge about digital marketing and consulting agency is a plus
Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus,
Team work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,
Self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
Innovative, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
Highly motivated and ambitious,
Strong communication and team working capabilities,
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
