                        What You Will Do?

                        • Identifying new business opportunities; including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services to assist with the growth of the business
                        • Follow-up processes with related team and company
                        • Creating business plans, strategies, goals and objectives that contribute growth and prosperity process, implementing and executing strategic plans
                        • Strategic decision competency in order to develop and improve the business

                        • Knowledge of marketing, PR, process management, strategic planning and budgeting
                        • Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from data sets.

                        Growth Manager

                        Senior Web Analyst

                        Responsibilities

                        • Drive improvements in digital marketing efforts through data collection and analysis.
                        • Analyze web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve client websites / applications.
                        • Actively cooperate on evaluation of online activities and campaigns ROI with other teams, provide insights on website changes or optimization activities.
                        • Execute forecasting on web and revenue data for proper planning provided for the client.
                        • Drive business intelligence for tracking and web analytics for clients’ digital marketing efforts. They will also be responsible for developing and growing the web Analytics practice: analytics strategy approach, online/offline measurement and optimization strategies of both structured and unstructured data.
                        • Develop regular and ad hoc reports, analyze trends, summarize and present findings, and articulate key insights.
                        • Identify and prioritize opportunities for on site optimization and take a lead role to recommend online merchandising and design improvements and plan & conduct A/B or multivariate tests.
                        • Provide development methods for measuring and analyzing cross-platform digital experiences, from websites to social media to mobile to offline, to create a single view of the customer that integrates all channels and optimizes customer experience.
                        • Make data-driven decisions to drive customers a web and app experience, and retain them through innovative, personalized incentives and communication.
                        • Research the latest developments in web analytics, testing/optimization methodologies, and attribution techniques to understand the business in-depth, support and challenge strategic options, and build state-of-the-art tools to improve our marketing plans and performance.

                        Requirements

                        • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
                        • Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, marketing, statistics, or related field
                        • Detailed understanding of tag management and analytics tools
                        • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript
                        • Experience in conducting and interpreting A/B & multivariate testing

                        Native iOS Developer

                        Requirements

                        • 3 years experience in native iOS development.
                        • Expertise in Swift
                        • Experience in REST API operations with Alamofire or similar technology
                        • Familiarity with MVVM is a plus
                        • Familiarity with unit testing
                        • Passion for writing clean, modular, well-commented, readable and reusable code
                        • Ability to work in a structured, agile environment.
                        • Candidate has to be comfortable with creating a native iOS App from scratch with a team of developers and ui/ux designers. Candidate will have the sole responsibility of iOS App creation process end to end.
                        • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
                        • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is a plus.
                        • Prior experience of building a large-scale mobile app and/or game is a huge plus and will be given special consideration.

                        • Design and build advanced applications and/or mobile games for the iOS platform
                        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
